Think about what takes up your time at work.

Prioritize your responsibilities according to importance and time spent.

Ask yourself if it is the best use of your time or could you delegate this responsibility?

Consider charting your job responsibilities including time spent so that you can clearly see areas to consider modifying.

You might say that you don’t even have time for that, but I assure you-you will benefit from evaluating and critiquing your current work life!
